I know what it's like to have something to say—and still be afraid to be seen
When I became an entrepreneur, I quickly realized that expertise wasn't going to be enough.
Stage fright, imposter syndrome and fear were limiting my willingness to be visible—and ultimately limiting the opportunities available to me.
Public speaking changed that.
Learning to use my voice gave me the courage to step forward, communicate what I knew and connect with people in an entirely different way.
EXPLORE THE METHODI bring three decades of business and speaking experience to this work:
In media, including as a radio show host.
In marketing, pitching to corporations and SMEs and launching brands into international markets.
Developing people through coaching, training and content design for businesses.
Today, I help other leaders, experts and entrepreneurs do the same.
I don't believe great speaking is simply about standing confidently on a stage.
It's about knowing what to say, how to say it and how to move people toward action.
That's why my work goes beyond delivery.
Together, we can work on your message, your stories, your audience, your presence, your voice and the beliefs that influence how you show up.
Then we connect all of it to a purpose.
Maybe you want to become more visible in your industry.
Win an important opportunity.
Generate leads.
Start conversations.
Sell your expertise.
Whatever the goal, your communication should help you get there.
MY APPROACH
Courage → Communication → Persuasion → Results
Courage
Step beyond the fears and internal stories keeping you safely out of sight.
Communication
Turn your expertise into a clear, compelling message people understand and remember.
Persuasion
Use storytelling, language, presence and delivery to influence how people think, feel and respond.
Results
Create an intentional next step that turns attention into opportunities, conversations, leads and sales.
You Don't Need to Become Someone Else to Become a Powerful Speaker.
Some of the most accomplished people I work with are also the ones who question themselves when it's time to step forward.
I understand that.
My job isn't to turn you into a polished version of somebody else.
It's to help you uncover what is getting in your way, strengthen the skills that will make you a more powerful communicator, and teach you how to use your own voice with greater courage and intention.
Because when your expertise and your communication finally operate at the same level, people notice.
And more importantly, they act.
My daughter once came to me and said, “Mommy, I’m frightened.”
My answer?
“Great. I’m so glad you have courage.”
As a single mum, I’ve always been acutely aware of the kind of example my daughter and my son are getting from me about what it means to challenge yourself — professionally, personally, and in life.
I don’t want them to grow up believing that courageous people are people who aren’t afraid.
I want them to see that courage is being frightened and doing it anyway.
So I’ve tried to live that lesson myself.
I’ve built businesses. I’ve stood on stages. I’ve reinvented my career. I’ve walked into rooms where I didn’t know whether I belonged and learned to make my voice heard anyway.
And most recently, I put on yet another hat: stand-up comedian.
Because apparently coaching executives, writing books and speaking professionally wasn’t enough of a challenge.
Was I frightened?
Absolutely.
Did I do it anyway?
Also absolutely.
That is what I want my work — and my life — to represent.
Not fearlessness.
Courage in action.
The willingness to step into visibility, use your voice, take the risk, and discover what becomes possible when you stop waiting to feel ready.
