About Meta
I’m a communication and speaking coach helping professionals and teams speak with clarity, confidence, and real influence!

Before coaching, I spent a decade as a marketing consultant, presenting and pitching to prospects while growing my business. Curriculum
You will be speaking 6 times!
Each time we will build messages that naturally guide people from attention → trust → action.
We will be working on a 20 minute motivational talk / sales pitch.
You can chose the type of presentation you will be working on.
Our training sessions will focus on guiding you through design and delivery step-by-step.
Every session is half scripted half improvisational.
You will get feedback on content design and delivery in each session, and this is how you will improve fast!
Session 1:
How to craft a powerful intro
Those first few minutes are brutal, I know!
You will learn how to understand your audience's pain and gain points, so you immediately connect and capture their attention.
Session 2:
How to introduce your subject
Now that you have attention, what do you want to say?
You will learn how to lead your audience through your content with clear presentation structures and craftful calls to action!
Session 3:
How to introduce yourself
You must add credibility, social proof, and your story!
You will learn how not to puff up as well as not shrink down! Your personal story matters in every conversation :)
Session 4:
How to craft a powerful story
Because stories engage emotions and make you memorable.
You will learn simple, yet powerful storytelling techniques you can use in every conversation.
Session 5:
How to deliver your talk
There's power in your voice!
You will learn how to master your nonverbal and verbal expression - tips & tricks that will fit your authentic and unique speaking style!

Individual coaching sessions are meant to help you grow faster, while training in a group gives you an audience to get feedback from as well!
My feedback is also highly individualised during group training sessions; 1:1 work is important for fast-paced growth!
