By purchasing, accessing, or using our website, programs, or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Shaping Future Voices provides education, training, coaching, and consulting services, delivered digitally and/or live, primarily via the Kajabi platform.

2. Digital Products & Access

  • Access to digital products is granted immediately after successful payment
  • Login credentials are personal and may not be shared
  • We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access in case of misuse or payment failure
  • Program access may be time-limited depending on the offer

3. Payments

Payments are processed via Kajabi Payments, which uses third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

We do not store or process your full payment details.

4. Refunds & Right of Withdrawal (EU)

Due to the digital nature of our products:

  • By completing a purchase and accessing digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery
  • You acknowledge that you lose your 14-day EU right of withdrawal once access is granted

Any refund policy (if applicable) is clearly stated at the point of purchase and overrides this clause where explicitly mentioned.

5. No Guarantees

We provide education and frameworks, not guarantees of results. Outcomes depend on individual effort, application, and circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, programs, frameworks, videos, texts, and materials are the intellectual property of Meta Groselj.

No part may be copied, shared, recorded, or distributed without written permission.

7. Email Communication

By creating an account or purchasing a program, you agree to receive:

  • Transactional emails related to your purchase or access
  • Program-related communications

Marketing emails are sent only with consent and include an unsubscribe option.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our content, services, or platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia.
