Here's my story...

I didn’t discover stage fright on a stage.

I discovered it when I became an entrepreneur.

For the first time, I couldn’t stay behind the scenes.

I had to speak. Present. Network. Create. Pitch. Post. Be visible. 

And that’s when something unexpected happened.

The more important visibility became,
the more I started noticing resistance.

Not in what I knew — but in how I showed up. Only I know how many opportunities I missed, how much time I lost. Avoiding. Procrastinating. Well ... hiding. 

I knew something had to change because I had stuff to say, and I didn't want to fail at this game of life. I needed a looking glass into my confidence, self-esteem, and personal worth. 

I began studying psychology behind personal influence & persuasion. I began digging through fears, anxieties, and emotional states.

I also started coaching and training others - and we all overcame and grew immensely!
